Project sizes and build-length?

One thing I really want to hear about from people are project sizes and gwt build-time?!?
Please share your experiences!
The project I'm working on has 4 different gwt-projects (including 1 project that is separeted into 2 moduls).

Building for all browsers the longest running project is: 6 minuttes 50 seconds (!!)
Secong longest is: 3 minuttes 24 seconds
Third: 2 minuttes 17 seconds
Forth: 1 minutte 52 seconds

GWT lightning talk - purpose of this blog

Hey and welcome to my GWT-blog.

Lately I've been thinking about doing a lightning talk on GWT at JavaZone 2009.
A lightning talk is only 10 minutes so it's really nothing that will change the world. But, for me, who has never done this kind of presentation before, it's kind of a big deal. I don't want to make an ass of myself. So I decided to create this blog, to share some of my GWT-issues that might be interesting to talk about. And hopefully, I'll get some response from people that share the same GWT concerns and issues.

And as information: I'm Norwegian, so my english may not always keep up standards. But I'll try as best as I might.

Please, make some suggestions about what to discuss. Stay tuned for more!
